The vacuum over the barrier height is 22mm, is relatively strong compared to the products on the market over the barrier ability of the sweeper.
Whether the device can climb successfully, is related with the length of the ramp and the slope, etc.
If the slope relatively large is easy to trigger the line laser obstacle avoidance. you can measure the threshold height,
if it is within 22mm, you can try to set the virtual passage in the APP (map editing - virtual passage - add a virtual passage) to assist over the barrier, you can also pad a thin mat at the threshold to try to see if it can assist through.
