Below furniture fail Dreame X50 complete

Hi
Basically I’m happy with the robot.
The robot would actually fit under the furniture (I manually placed it there for demonstration) but it does not go there for no reason ( it only cleans to the green line). Also it will not use the MobExtend and SideReach AI features to go there.
How do i get the robot to clean under this furniture?

Hello, regarding the issue you mentioned with the X50 Ultra Complete, our devices can enter spaces with a height of 98-120 mm with the LDS lowered. We usually recommend that the space be 1-2 cm higher than the device. Please also check if the LDS can be adjusted (lowered or raised) after setting the following two points in the app:

Settings >> Automatically Raise LDS

Settings >> More Features >> Remote Control >> Raise LDS
