How to force the brush reaching to the gap under the kitchen counter.

I recognized that the gap under the kitchen counter, is not cleaned at all. As I observed the Dreame is not using his brush as it does for corners.

Is there a way to force it?

For this issue, please first check if the robot is connected to the network. If it is not, please connect it to the network as the automatic functions for the mop pad and side brush are only available after network configuration.

If it is connected:

Navigate to "Settings > AI-driven MopExtendTM Settings > AI-driven SideReachTM, AI-driven MopExtendTM" and check if the function is enabled. If it's not, please turn it on.
Please note that there are three modes for the extension frequency of the side brush and mop during cleaning tasks: Standard, Intelligence, and High Frequency. Each mode employs a different cleaning strategy. You can choose the suitable swing-out frequency based on your personal cleaning needs.
If you prefer the swing-out during each cleaning task, it is recommended to select the High frequency mode in the "AI-driven MopExtendTM" function.
If the issue persists, could you please send us a video and provide the device's SN so we can further analyze the problem?

I have the same issue. Noticed that it worked before but after the latest firmware update the robot is not really using the functionality to extend the brush and/or the roller. I have the same settings like you - everything enabled in the AI SideReachTM section
