[X50 Ultra Complete] App „Restarting…“

I received the X50 three days ago. Since setting it up, every time i ve come home and checked the app, it’s been stuck on “Restarting…”. While this is happening commands cannot be given through the app.

Day 1: A manual shutdown/restart using the power button on the X50 fixed it, and the app worked as expected once again.

Day 2: A manual shutdown/restart no longer helped, the app stayed stuck on “Restarting…”. At least the device is cleaning, since voice commands work, but the app itself remains unresponsive.

Two failures in two days isnt the onboarding experience I was hoping for. What s going on, any common causes for the app having a stroke, even tho the X50 seems to be fully functional?

Delete the App from your Phone and install it again. Use the same wifi as your x50

deleted the x50 from the app to reconnect it along with what you suggested this morning. Has been working as intended until now. Good start, lets see.
