Threshold door

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using the Dreame Robot X50 Ultra for a while now, and overall, I’m happy with its cleaning performance. However, I’ve noticed something inconsistent that I wanted to check with the community.

The robot sometimes manages to cross thresholds (door sills) of about 4 cm, but other times it just stops or gets stuck. I’m not sure why this happens—maybe it depends on the angle of approach, battery level, or some other factor.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you have tips to make it reliably cross thresholds of this height, or is this just a limitation of the model?
