Robot does not take water from clean water tank

Just received my X40 reconsitioned from dreame.fr. Unfortunately the robot does not take water from clean water container and thus doesn’t mop. I have checked the water container and the piping and filter are ok. Pump seems to be working as I can hear it buzz at different speeds when preparing for cleaning. Anything I can do at home?

Hello, you can try using the manual cleaning function for the base station through the app to see if the base station dispenses water normally. The path is: 【Dreamehome】APP - 【Enter Device Page】 - Click on the top right 【...】 to enter 【Base Station Settings】 - Click on 【Manual Cleaning of Base Station】.

If the base station still doesn't dispense water, we recommend you send the device's SN, the invoice, and any relevant videos (if available) to our after-sales team for further assistance.
