It won't work

As you can see, the robot is not working. It drives only backwards and advises me to check the lenses, which are all clear (the top lense and all the bottom sensors)m it can't find the Dockingstation or start the cleaning process. It just drives randomly backwards. What can I do?

Take a short video of the problem on your cell phone and send it along with a copy of the invoice, the serial number of the device, and your Dreame ID to aftersales@dreame.tech. They will know what to do.
