Bug/ malfunction - error: Abnormal water level in the washboard

The washboard is clean and zero dirt, also no water has been collected in washboard, yet i get that error - cleaning process is being stopped( once putting washboard out and in again it works again)

„Abnormal water level in the washboard „ is kinda not functional/ bug/not quite correct - since after checking washboard was clean and the dirtwatertank was also almost empty.
- washboard sensors are clean and dry
- watertanks are correctly in place

This error frequent:
After 1 round - in best case x3 cleaning season with vac&mop


Please advise a solution/ firmware update - thanks
