Mop pad detection problem

When I try to start cleaning. the robot drops off its mop pads at the base station, but it can't re-attach them. He leaves the station and has an error in a few seconds - asking to attach mop pads manually. When I do that - he returns to the base station - drops them off again and it's the loop.
I checked the mop pads
I checked if there is any dirt in the mop pad holders from the robot
I cleaned the base station map pad holder
I made a factory reset
The Firmware has the latest update
What can i do?
