Ungenaue Navigation/Positionierung

As you can see my A2 is quite next to the route where it should go… it is not following the borders and even more worse is the circumstance that the Intelligent LiDAR System has not recognized the border (which is obviously the stone border)…. Any ideas what I can do?

For this issue, we recommend checking the following steps:

① Please check whether the radar/LiDAR sensor on top of the robot is dirty. Dirt or dust may affect the robot's positioning accuracy. You can clean it with the included dust-free cleaning cloth. After cleaning, please make sure the sensor is completely dry.

② Move the robot to an open area within the mapped lawn and try starting the task again.

③ If the robot is still unable to recover its position, you can use the "Manual Mowing" mode in the app, remotely guide the robot back to the charging station, and then restart the mowing task.
