Only half of the task is done and no history

Sincd recently My x50 forgets about half the rooms that should be cleaned. It just stops after one room and does not do the remaining ones. Additionally it does not list the past cleaning jobs in the history anymore.
I already deleted the job and created a new one. It worked for one cleaning cycle and since then again the same problem with forgettibg rooms and not updating the done jobs. I have the latest ios app.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding the issue you mentioned about the X50 Ultra Complete only finishing half of the cleaning task, we suggest the following:

1.The robot cannot enter narrow spaces. The accessible space should be 2cm wider than the left and right sides of the robot.

2.If there is a carpet at the door during mopping mode, it will prevent the robot from entering the room for cleaning. Please remove the carpet and try again.

3.If there is overlapping of maps, there is a possibility that the robot's positioning will be abnormal, resulting in missed cleaning. In such cases, please rebuild the map or restore the map.

4.If a long-haired carpet or wires are placed on the floor at the entrance of the area, the obstacle avoidance robot will avoid them. In such cases, please clean up the floor first.

5.If there are obstacles, it will perform the action of cleaning around the obstacles. In a certain range near the obstacles, there may be missed cleaning, but it is a normal phenomenon.

6.It is necessary to wipe the line laser + AI lens in time. Dirty robots may misjudge the front as obstacles, resulting in missed cleaning.
