2. Please check if the automatic cleaning of the robot has been completed, and return to the charging dock successfully;
3. Please confirm whether each missed scan is the same area or a different area.
① If it is the same area: It is recommended that the robot start working from the missing area when cleaning, and verify the environmental conditions, such as high thresholds, dark ground, direct sunlight or relatively narrow, narrow areas, etc., will also cause missed scans.
② If it is in a different area: It is recommended to sort out the scattered objects on the ground, such as power strips, toys, slippers, etc., which will increase the cleaning coverage of the room. If the robot frequently collides during the working process, it may miss the sweeping phenomenon.
4. Please pay attention to people or pets not to follow the machine closely or cover the LDS laser sensor, otherwise it will cause the machine to miss scanning.
