[Roboterstaubsauger meistern] cleaning a different part of the flat.

I have a part of my bedroom a bit higher than the rest. So with my old roomba, I would just lift it from time to time to clean up there. Now with the L10 ultra heat, it tells me it can’t find the map and that it must return to home base. I did custom cleaning « mop » but the mop is not touching the floor at all.

Regarding your question about L10 ultra heat, we recommend:

Please first check whether the robot has been configured with a network.

If not, please connect to the network first. Please note that the automatic cleaning function can only be used after the network is configured.

If the network is configured:

(1) Go to "Settings > AI-Powered MopExtend™ Settings > AI-Powered MopExtend™" to check whether the AI-Powered MopExtend™ function is enabled. If not, please enable this function.

(2) Please note that the mop has three cleaning modes: smart, daily mopping and high frequency. Each mode has a different cleaning strategy. You can choose the appropriate cleaning frequency according to your personal cleaning needs.

(3) If you want the mop to clean every time you clean, we recommend that you select the high frequency mode in the "AI-Powered MopExtend™" function.

Your machine also has a problem of not being able to find the map. You can follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

1. Check if there is any foreign object entangled in the main wheel.
2. Please try to press the LDS cover lightly to check if it can rebound.
3. Check if there are any foreign objects or hair entangled in the rotating part of the LDS, which hinders the rotation of the LDS.
4. Check if there are any uneven, warped stickers or large objects on the surface of the robot. If your robot is a new one, please check if the protective film on the robot body is warped. If so, please remove it.
5. Please try to tap the front bumper of the robot to check if it can rebound.
6. Please wipe the line laser sensor and AI recognition sensor to ensure that there are no fingerprints or dust.
7. Please restart the robot and try again.
