Side brush wrapped

I bought the robot 2 weeks ago, and now it starts working and immediately gives error message “side brush wrapped”. Check all the side brushes, they are all clean, the only issue is, the lid of the big side brush is a bit ripped. Might it be the problem, and what can I do? How can it be ripped in 2 weeks?
