Mud Water Tank

The mud water does not pump away. I get an error every day even though I keep cleaning the base. Who can help?

Remove the washboard and check if the sewage outlet is blocked. Clean it thoroughly and wipe the overflow sensors on the washboard.

Take out the used water tank and inspect if the sealing ring is loose or dirty. Make sure to reset it manually and wipe it with a clean cloth.

After emptying the dirty water, ensure the clip of the used water tank is fastened securely, with the clip properly buckled in place.

Place the used water tank back into the base station, gently pressing down to ensure it is properly installed.

Use a dry cloth to wipe away any remaining water in the base, reinstall the washboard, and check if the error persists.
