Can not Connect the wifi

I have a x40 ultra complete but i cant Connect the device to wifi did any one had This problem before ? Thank you

You can follow these simple instructions to check for issues:

Ensure you are connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

Make sure the robot and your phone are close to the router and ensure a good Wi-Fi signal. Before configuring the network, enable the location permissions for the app and phone's Bluetooth. Failing to enable location permissions will result in network configuration failure.

After connecting to the hotspot released by the robot, wait for the network configuration result in the app after hearing the robot's voice broadcast.

It is recommended to set your home Wi-Fi name and password in English or numbers, and it is suggested not to use special characters.

Check if the router has set Mac address filtering or whitelist settings. Try resetting the router and restarting the robot before checking again.

If the above methods are ineffective, try using one phone to release a hotspot as a Wi-Fi network and use another phone to connect to the hotspot and configure the network for cross-verification.

Connection failures may also be related to the phone model; you can try using different phone models to retry the connection.
