L10s Pro Ultra Heat doesn’t clean under my bed

Hi,
I have a Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat and I’m having an issue with cleaning under my bed.
The space under the bed is about 13 cm high. The robot can go in a bit, but it doesn’t clean the whole area and often avoids it. There are no objects or cables under the bed.

Perhaps the robot is irritated by the slightly hanging lining of the sofa?

Because the robot's LDS has a certain inclination, it sometimes recognizes objects of similar height as obstacles, resulting in not entering the bottom of the sofa. We recommend that the sofa bottom be at least 5 mm higher than the robot.

If there is a depression in the bottom of the sofa, it will also affect the robot's entry. For the area under the complete sofa that the robot cannot clean, it may be that the height of the sofa bottom is uneven and there are concave areas that prevent the robot from cleaning.

Please clean the robot's lidar promptly to ensure it is working properly.

If the robot still does not enter under the sofa for cleaning, we recommend that you send the following information to our after-sales team so that our after-sales and technical team can further analyze this issue.
