Part is scratching on the floor Matrix 10 Ultra

Long time ago, basically since i have my Matrix, i startet to hear a part that is scratching on the floor. As it seems, its the part circled red in the picture. I resolved it with heating this part a little bit with a torch blower and then pushing it slightly in. Not so wide because else it would scratch at the wipers... no scratching sound now :)

Is that a known problem?
