X50 ultra complete doesn’t vacuum enough

Do you experience that the robot doesn’t clean well? I use max suction and yet the corner dust still not able to be clean and leave quite significant dust.

Hello,

You can try the following steps to improve the vacuuming performance:

Turn off the “Low Collision Mode” in the floor-cleaning settings.
Set the frequency of extending the side brush and mop to “High.”
Use the “Clean Genius” mode for deep cleaning, or in Custom Mode, select “Vacuum first, then mop.”
In Custom Mode, you can adjust the cleaning parameters based on your actual home environment.

No it doesnt change the way it cleans. Still a lot of dirt visible and it didnt go over.

I have the exact same problem now. It does not really vacuum at all. I cleaned everything. There is not a lot of dust neither in the robot or in the station afterwards.
