A problem with the vacuum machine

We already have our X40 vacuum machine for a few months now but we detected a problem last month.
First there wasn’t any problem, he vacuumed underneath our couch but then he stopped doing that and we don’t know why. He can pass underneath the couch but when we do a zone cleaning underneath it, he says he can’t reach the zone? When we drive him manually, he drives without any problem underneath our couch.
Can someone please help us solve the problem?
We already installed our vacuum again, mapped again, cleaned our sensors and everything,... but nothing of that works

If there is a dent at the bottom of the sofa, the robot may also identify the sofa as an obstacle and be unable to enter.
