Product A, B, C not used

Hi, I have the dreame ultra matrix 10.
I have a bathroom with tiles, kitchen with tiles, and the rest of my home is hardwood.
I have out the different products in the different liquid compartments A, B, C. I regulary use vac and mop, or sometimes just mop.
Hope I never smell as if the devices uses the products to clean. After using is several months, the liquid in the A, B, C don't seem to have reduced... confirming the robot only mops with water. Even when I use the wood care clean in Custom options.
I have set the floor types, I have set that the robot also uses the products A, B, C to wash/clean the mop pads. Yet it does not seems to us them: no smell of the product when mopping and container A, B, C always same in quantity. What am I missing? Please help

There might be an issue with the device. Especially if you regularly use the wood floor care feature in the custom cleaning modes the tank should be emptying. Do you see a damp, slightly shiny trail behind the robot when using the special hardwood floor care mode? That would be a sign that it is indeed using the cleaner, since in this mode it applies the cleaner undiluted, without adding water.
A second test: does the dirty water foam slightly when you empty it? That would mean it is able to draw in cleaning solution.

die verwendete Reinigungsflüssigkeit wird nur in sehr geringer Menge dosiert, etwa 1–2 ml pro Anwendung. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, nach der Reinigung des Mopps den Schmutzwassertank leicht zu schütteln und zu prüfen, ob sich Schaum bildet.

Zusätzlich können Sie den Reinigungsmittelbehälter herausnehmen, die Kontakte auf der Rückseite reinigen und den Behälter anschließend wieder korrekt einsetzen.
