[A3 AWD Pro] Dreame A3 AWD 1000 - left front wheel blocked after only 10 meters

Hi everyone,

I received my new Dreame A3 AWD 1000 and started the initial setup.

After only about 10 meters of driving, the mower stopped and showed an error saying that the left front drive wheel is blocked. Since then, the mower does not work anymore.

I checked the wheel area carefully. There are no stones, grass, packaging material or any other visible objects blocking the wheel. This happened during the very first use, so it does not look like normal wear or a maintenance problem.

Has anyone else experienced this with a Dreame A3 AWD model?

Is this usually a software or sensor problem, or does it indicate a defective drive wheel or motor from delivery?

I have already contacted the seller, but I would appreciate any feedback from other users or Dreame support.
