My issue with your vacuum cleaner is that the docking/self-emptying station is unable to remove all the dirt and debris from the dust container inside the vacuum. After each cleaning cycle, I have to manually open the dust container and remove the remaining debris with my fingers. This should not be necessary, as the self-emptying function is expected to completely empty the dust container automatically.

Regarding the issue of residual debris after auto-emptying, we recommend that once the cleaning task has been completed, you can manually tap the “Dock / Auto-Empty” button in the app to check whether the function is working properly.

If the auto-empty function can be triggered but still does not fully clear the dust, please check whether the outlet of the dust container is blocked by lint or hair. Such debris can be difficult to suction and may affect the fan’s performance, so we kindly suggest cleaning it manually.

Additionally, we recommend increasing the cleaning frequency or the number of auto-empty cycles to help reduce dust accumulation.
