SideReach brush never extends on Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete

Hello,

I have a new Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete.

The SideReach function is enabled in the app, MopExtend is also enabled, and the firmware is up to date.

I also tested High Frequency mode.

The side brush spins normally, but it never extends when cleaning along walls or corners.

Is this normal, or could my robot have a defective SideReach mechanism?

Could you please confirm whether the side brush fails to extend only when cleaning along walls and corners, or whether it never extends at any time during the entire cleaning process?

If the side brush occasionally extends normally, it is likely that the SideReach mechanism itself is functioning correctly. In this case, please provide the following information:

1. Current firmware version of the device;
2. A screenshot of the map;
3. The SN (serial number) from the label on the bottom of the robot.

We will help analyze the issue further and escalate it to our technical team for investigation.

If the side brush has never extended under any circumstances, there may be a hardware issue with the SideReach mechanism. In that case, we recommend contacting our after-sales support team for further inspection and assistance.
