E30 suddenly only mops dry

Hi all,
My devise stopped mopping wet. Mops are turning, but it seems, that they are dry.

Did this occur to others, what is the solution?

Have you added cleaning fluid from other brands? This can cause blockages in the internal piping and the water pump.

Check if there are any foreign objects blocking the seal plug and the piping inside the clean water tank.
