A1 verliert Orientierung

Hello,
I bought the A1 mower in July last year.
It has following serial number:
P2255044DEU0072232.
I had always problems with bumper errors (even as there were no obstacles at all), but other than that it did the work well.
A week ago the A1 started to try to get outside of the mowing area. When I tried to send it back to the station it couldn't find a way, just making "crazy moves" in all possible directions. Unfortunately this problem repeats and gets worse. Resetting factory settings and creating a new map didn't help. It loses orientation and makes "crazy" moves in all directions.
Last time a bumper error occurred even before he got out of the station. Firmware is up to date.

Please advise me how to proceed, I need a working mower ASAP.

Please check if the point outside the area is on a slope of more than 15°. To prevent the robot from slipping out of the area when turning, we recommend not setting the boundary on a slope of more than 15°.

Please check if there are obstacles such as pits at the point outside the area that could cause the robot to get stuck. When the robot tries to free itself, it may leave the area. Therefore, we recommend designating this area as a no-go zone.

Please check if there is dense grass, wet grass, or slippery surfaces like pebbles at the point outside the area. In such environments, the robot can easily slip out of the area when turning. We recommend designating this area as a no-go zone and avoiding mowing on rainy days.
